Ingredients:
*oat-straw, *lemon balm, *lavender, *rose-petals, *chamomile, *peppermint, *valerian. *Kosher certified, ethically sourced, USDA organic herbs. 

Suggested Use: 
Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212 F) over 1 tsp. of tea. You can choose to boil and strain the herbs before drinking; or you can use a tea infuser, or a disposable tea bag, and  steep for 6-10 minutes. Enjoy hot or iced.
