Ingredients:  organic hawthorn*, organic red raspberry*, organic motherwort*, organic dandelion root*, organic nettle leaf tea*, lemon balm, and rosehips*

Suggested Use: 
Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212 F) over 1 tsp. of tea. You can choose to boil and strain the herbs before drinking; or you can use a tea infuser, or a disposable tea bag, and  steep for 6-10 minutes. Enjoy hot or iced.
